Importul medicamentelor din alte state este supus aprobării prealabile şi doar de către companiile care deţin în acest sens un permis eliberat de Serviciul de Stat pentru Controlul Medicamentelor sau de Serviciul de Stat pentru Controlul Produselor Biologice şi al Medicamentelor de uz Veterinar.
